Our Service Areas: The 360 Difference
Many shops specialize in only one area, but we provide a total-vehicle approach.
-
Collision Repair: Focuses on restoring your vehicle's structural integrity, safety features, and appearance after an accident. This includes frame straightening, panel replacement, computerized paint matching, and ADAS sensor recalibration.
-
Mechanical & General Maintenance: Focuses on the internal systems that keep your car running reliably. This includes diagnostics, brake services, suspension work, AC repairs, and routine fluid maintenance like oil changes.
The Repair Process: What to Expect
1. Collision Repair Process
-
Initial Estimate: We perform a thorough visual inspection and provide a detailed, transparent estimate.
-
Insurance Liaison: We work directly with all insurance providers to handle the paperwork and claim details.
-
Disassembly & Hidden Damage: Often, the "real" damage is hidden behind bumpers or panels. We document any additional damage found and file a "supplement" with the insurance company to ensure the repair is complete.
-
Structural & Body Work: Utilizing precise 3D measuring systems, we restore your car to its original factory specifications.
-
Refinishing: We use high-grade paint systems to ensure an exact color match.
-
Reassembly & Calibration: Safety sensors and cameras (ADAS) are recalibrated to ensure your vehicle’s safety tech works perfectly.
2. Mechanical & Maintenance Process
-
Digital Inspection: We use advanced scan tools and live data to pinpoint issues accurately.
-
Service Recommendation: We follow your manufacturer’s specific maintenance intervals and torque specs.
-
Quality Repair: Our technicians use only high-quality parts to maintain your vehicle’s warranty and longevity.
Your Rights in Washington State (The Advocate's Guide)
Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful. They often use "Direct Repair Programs" (DRPs) to steer you toward shops that have agreed to cut costs. We work with all insurance companies, but we work FOR you.
Know Your Legal Rights
-
The Right to Choose: In Washington, the insurance company cannot tell you where to repair your car. You have the legal right to choose any shop you trust (WAC 284-30-390).
-
Anti-Steering Protection: It is illegal for an insurer to "steer" you by claiming a shop will cause delays or that they won't guarantee the work.
-
The Right to OEM Quality: You are entitled to have your vehicle restored to its "pre-accident condition". If an insurer tries to force low-quality parts, we fight for the parts your car actually needs.
-
The Appraisal Clause: Under new 2025 Washington legislation (SB 5721), if you and your insurer disagree on the cost of repairs or the value of your car, you have a legal right to an independent third-party appraisal.
Frequently Asked Questions
"Do I need to get three estimates?"
No. In Washington, you only need one estimate from the shop you choose to do the repairs.
"Will the paint match my original color?"
Yes. We use computerized paint matching and manufacturer paint codes to ensure your repair is indistinguishable from the rest of the car.
"What if you find more damage after the insurance company has already paid?"
This is very common. We handle "supplemental claims" by documenting the hidden damage and submitting it to your insurer for additional payment so you aren't left with an incomplete repair.
